Filling your jobs is as easy as 1-2-3!

 

  1. Complete Office Profile – Introduce your office to professionals. List your location, services you provide, hours of operation and any additional information you feel would be relevant to a professional working at your office

 

  1. Post Job Opportunities – Inform professionals about current and upcoming job openings at your office
    1. Include position type, full or part-time, assignment dates and hours sought. List specific skills and certifications desired or required
    2. Add a job description. The more details you provide, the easier it will be to connect you with the best fit professionals for your open roles

 

  1. Fill Positions – Find the right candidates for your open roles in two ways
    1. Search & Find Candidates Fast: In the “Discover” tab, search for professionals based on location, position and availability, review profiles and make an offer to the candidate of your choice.
    2. Let Biteline Assist in the Search: In the “My Jobs” tab, Biteline provides a list of candidates based on the criteria listed in the posting. Review profiles, select the candidate and make an offer.

  1. Set Up Your Profile: Stand out from the crowd and show potential employers what you can offer. Follow our prompts to list your profession and location, list your availability and type of jobs you’re looking for, set your rate, upload certifications and resume.

 

  1. Explore & Find Opportunities: Discover your next opportunity in two ways
    1. Search & Find Opportunities Fast: Use the “Discover” tab to find jobs that align with the preferences you set in your profile, or filter your search as needed. Select and apply to a job posting
    2. Let Offices Find You: Complete and maintain your availability calendar – this information allows Biteline to match you with opportunities and for offices to find you. Biteline sends notifications when you have been matched with job postings

 

  1. Get the Job: Secure your next offer
    1. Receive a push notification from the Biteline app when you receive an offer 
    2. Open the notification to review and accept the offer
    3. Be sure to send your W9 to support@biteline.net to receive bonuses!

Biteline is evolving beyond temp staffing…

After much consideration, we have decided to discontinue our current Biteline job posting and staffing services. While we understand that this may come as a surprise, we want to assure you that we made this decision with the utmost consideration for our community and the future of Biteline. 

Key Dates

  • Platform Availability: The Biteline staffing platform will remain accessible through August 18, 2023
  • Support Availability: Please note that support for the platform will officially end on August 4, 2023.

Information for Offices

  • We will honor job fills with end dates through this 8/18.
  • Feel free to make a list of your favorite pros. Our new product will allow you to invite them to the platform.
  • All final invoices will be sent in the first week of August.

Information for Pros

  • Feel free to contact your favorite offices to continue temping. These offices may invite you to the new platform down the road.
  • Bonuses will be paid for jobs completed through July 31, 2023

What’s Next for Biteline?

Biteline is developing a unified talent management platform scheduled for launch in Fall 2023. This platform will bring many innovative features to streamline your talent management needs.   • Online substitution list 
  • Shift schedule management

Future functionality will include

  • 1:1 feedback tools between doctors and workers
