Jobs posted, qualified candidates available… how to encourage transactions?

We now have tons of local temp and permanent jobs at leading dental offices, and a large community of users to fill the positions… the marketplace has been established!

By using Biteline:

1)   Temps find more jobs at new offices at higher rates.

2)   Full time employees can reduce the management hours finding a replacement to minutes and if they are interested can pick up extra shifts at new offices.

3)  Managers / dentists can maximize production while holding temps accountable.

What I’d like to improve is the number of applicants per job post! How do I accelerate community adoption? I see it happening, many say rapidly, but it’s not fast enough for me. I understand introducing a new way to connect people takes time and patience. While I have time I was not born with patience :). So If anyone has feature or process suggestions to accelerate usage, I’m all ears!

Also, a quick update on the software bugs and workflow which will help with job applications… the StRig has locked his team in a room and will not leave until they are solved. I’ll keep you posted.
